Job summary

Presidents Summit is seeking an operations-focused professional to own the end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences annually from our London HQ. You will manage venues, suppliers, on-site teams and the attendee experience.

You thrive in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment and excel at coordinating multiple moving parts to land on time. Travel opportunities and a clear path to internal growth are available within our entrepreneurial team.

Responsibilities

• Source, compare and select suppliers for event needs and add-ons.
• Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Provide on-site support to ensure events run smoothly.
• Coordinate with internal teams; track queries and manage inventory.
• Hire, train and manage a 40-person volunteer team.
