Job summary

Presidents Summit in London seeks an operations professional to own the end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences a year, including venues, suppliers and on-site teams. You will work in our HQ, collaborating with a fast-moving entrepreneurial team to ship complex events on time, with relentless attention to detail and real impact on the experience.

Qualifications

• UK work permit required.
• Training provided; suitable for candidates at different levels.
• Relentless drive and high work ethic.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Source, compare and secure top suppliers for event needs and add-ons.
• Plan and coordinate VIP events, venues and on-site logistics.
• Maintain inventory, track queries and ensure quality of promotional materials.
• Hire, train and manage a 40-person on-site volunteer team.
