Presidents Summit Ltd. in London is seeking an exceptional Operations Lead to own the end-to-end execution of our European private equity conferences.

You’ll manage venues, suppliers and on-site teams, ensuring every detail lands on time and to the highest standard. Based at our London HQ, you will shape how we operate, mentor a 40-person volunteer crew, and collaborate with the CEO and founders to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Training provided; diverse levels of experience welcomed.
• UK work permit required.

Responsibilities

• Source, compare and manage event suppliers for conferences.
• Plan and execute end-to-end conference logistics on-site in London.
• Coordinate with venues, staff and volunteers to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead a 40-person volunteer team and train new staff.
