Presidents Summit Ltd. in London seeks an operations lead to own the end-to-end execution of our 10 European private equity conferences per year, overseeing venues, suppliers, on-site teams and the overall attendee experience.

Join a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team and ship with precision under deadlines. You’ll manage a 40-person volunteer organisation, coordinate with venues, and travel to conferences overseas as needed.

Qualifications

• No prior specific experience required as training is provided.
• UK work permit required.
• Role offers hands-on operational responsibility in a startup-style environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences per year.
• Source and manage venues and suppliers; negotiate terms.
• Coordinate with on-site teams and volunteers (about 40 people).
• Budget review and cost-control for events; ensure high-quality delivery.
• Provide on-site support to ensure events run smoothly.
