• Source, compare and select suppliers for event needs.
• Plan sponsored VIP events, lunches and dinners; coordinate venues and staff.
• Provide on-site event support; ensure smooth execution and attention to detail.
• Hire, train and manage a 40-person volunteer team.
• Maintain inventory and monitor promotional materials quality.
