Job summary

Private Equity Insights in London is seeking an operations-focused professional to own the end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences per year—venues, suppliers, on-site teams, and the overall experience.

You’ll work with a fast-paced entrepreneurial team, lead a 40-strong volunteer crew, and travel to conferences overseas as needed, while maintaining order under tight deadlines. This role offers real impact and growth.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training is provided.
• UK work permit is required.
• On-site role based in London.
• Strong organisational and vendor management skills are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Source, compare, and find the best suppliers for event needs.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and high-quality services.
• Plan sponsored VIP events, lunches, dinners, and after-hours activities.
• Coordinate with venue staff to ensure all logistical details are in place.
• Provide on-site support during events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Hire, train, and manage a 40-person organisation of volunteers.
