Job summary

Private Equity Insights in London is seeking an events professional to own the end-to-end execution of ten European private equity conferences annually, covering venues, suppliers, on-site teams and the overall attendee experience.

You will work in-person at our London HQ, collaborating with the CEO and senior team. The role offers real impact, growth potential, and opportunities to travel overseas for conferences.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and delivering events.
• Ability to manage multiple conferences and vendors.
• Willingness to travel for conferences.

Responsibilities

• Source, compare and select suppliers for event needs.
• Plan sponsored VIP events, lunches, dinners and activities.
• Coordinate with venues and provide on-site support.
• Maintain event inventory and internal team queries.
• Hire, train and manage a 40-person volunteer team.
