Job summary

Presidents Summit is seeking an operations-focused professional to own the end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences annually, including venues, suppliers, on-site teams, and overall attendee experience.

You will join our fast-paced, entrepreneurial team and lead with a strong eye for detail, shipping quality results under tight deadlines while coordinating multiple moving parts across events.

Qualifications

• No specific previous work experience required; training provided.
• UK work permit required.
• Candidates should be highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Source, compare and manage suppliers; negotiate contracts.
• Plan sponsored VIP events, meals and after-hours activities.
• Coordinate with venue staff and provide on-site event support.
• Keep track of internal team queries and maintain inventory sheets.
• Hire, train and manage a 40-person volunteer team.
