Job summary

Presidents Summit in London is seeking an operations-focused professional to own the end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences annually. You’ll manage venues, suppliers, on-site teams and the overall attendee experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

• No specific prior work experience required; training provided.
• UK work permit is required.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supplier research and management: source, compare, and select best suppliers; negotiate contracts; maintain relationships.
• Event planning: coordinate venues, logistics, and on-site execution for conferences.
• Internal team support: track queries, manage inventories, update event sheets, quality-check promotional materials.
• On-site volunteer organisation: hire, train, and manage a 40-person volunteer team.
