Job summary

Indium Corporation is seeking a capable Inside Sales/Customer Service professional to support European customers from Milton Keynes. You will handle inquiries, quotations, orders, and logistics, ensuring accurate data entry and timely delivery while maintaining exceptional customer relationships.

You will collaborate with UK and global teams, review terms and specs, respond to requests, and help resolve delivery issues, contributing to smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Five GCSEs or equivalent and experience.
• Five years’ experience in B2B customer service, sales administration or inside sales.
• Accurate data entry and multi-step calculations.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, timely customer service to existing European customers, ensuring a smooth transition from initial enquiry through to product delivery.
• Work with internal teams in the UK and globally to support quotations, order handling, logistics, and customer enquiries.
• Be the key point of contact for customers and internal teams.
• Complete accurate manual data entry and admin tasks, including order entry and quotations.
• Review customer orders, terms, drawings and specs to communicate requirements during quotation and order entry.
• Follow up quotations with customers.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to monitor dispatch dates, track shipments, and support delivery queries.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation and systems are up to date.
• Provide professional customer contact by email or phone and build strong client relationships.
• Escalate deficiencies and pass on issues to Inside Sales Supervisor or Manager.
