You will communicate with customers about orders, confirmations, deliveries and invoicing; you will handle purchase orders, intercompany orders, monitor software contract renewals and software distribution, and support back-up service coordination.

Qualifikationen

• Customer service experience in an order fulfilment environment.
• Experience in order processing, freight coordination and invoicing in an international context.
• Knowledge of customs topics and incoterms is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and enjoy interaction with customers.
• Independent and service-oriented working style; strong organizational skills and teamwork.
• Confident phone manner and good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong command of English.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment of customer orders.
• Maintain accurate customer data and system notes.
• Communicate with customers regarding orders, confirmations, deliveries and invoicing.
• Accept customer purchase orders and clarify as needed.
• Generate intercompany orders and monitor them.
• Confirm customer orders and provide updates.
• Coordinate with intercompany team on deliveries.
• Invoice customers and submit required documentation.
• Monitor and process software contract renewals and software distribution.
• Report quality issues and manage related follow-up actions.
