OMICRON electronics GmbH in Stafford, UK seeks an order fulfilment specialist to work with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders, maintain data, and coordinate with customers on deliveries and invoicing.

The ideal candidate has customer service experience in order fulfilment, knowledge of freight coordination, invoicing in an international context, and familiarity with customs topics and incoterms.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within an order fulfilment environment.
• Experience with order processing, freight coordination and invoicing.
• Knowledge of customs topics and incoterms is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Independent, service-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsabilités

• You work closely with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment of customer orders.
• You maintain accurate customer data and system notes.
• You communicate with customers regarding orders, confirmations, delivery and invoicing.
• You accept customer purchase orders and seek clarifications as needed.
• You generate intercompany orders and monitor them.
• You confirm customer orders and provide updates.
• You liaise with the intercompany team (CCSS) on deliveries.
• You invoice customers and submit required documentation.
• You monitor and process software contract renewals and software distribution.
• You handle quality issue reporting and follow-up actions.
• You act as back-up to service coordination and rental coordination.
