Job summary

Cameron Clarke Associates in the United Kingdom seeks an enthusiastic Internal Sales Coordinator to support customers through the sales process—from enquiries and quotations to order delivery and aftercare.

You will build relationships, coordinate with production and logistics, and look for upsell opportunities while maintaining accurate records and delivering excellent service. On-site role with UK driving licence preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-focused or administrative role.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Confident communication and commercial awareness.
• Right to live and work in the UK; Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers.
• Handling incoming sales calls and customer enquiries.
• Preparing accurate and competitive customer quotations.
• Following up quotations and potential leads to maximise sales opportunities.
• Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
• Processing customer orders and maintaining accurate information.
• Liaising with Production, Operations and Logistics teams to coordinate orders and deliveries.
• Keeping customers updated on order progress and delivery timescales.
• Responding to customer queries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintaining accurate customer and sales records.
• Providing general sales and administrative support to the wider team as required.
