Qualifications

• Experience in internal/technical sales or sales support within engineering/manufacturing.
• Experience handling quotations, enquiries and sales orders.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and support a team to deliver excellent commercial service.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operation of the Internal Sales function, ensuring enquiries, quotations and orders are handled efficiently.
• Provide guidance to Internal Sales team while maintaining involvement with customers and commercial activity.
• Handle customer enquiries, quotations, pricing, order processing and follow-up.
• Develop relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities to increase sales and account penetration.
• Collaborate with Sales, Technical, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance to meet customer requirements.
• Assist customers with product and application enquiries, working with technical colleagues as needed.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, response times, CRM/ERP accuracy and follow-up.
• Support continuous improvement across internal sales processes and customer experience.
