Job summary

Retail Insights is seeking an operations-focused professional to own the end-to-end execution of ten European conferences annually from HQ in London. You’ll manage venues, suppliers, on-site teams and the overall attendee experience, coordinating a large 40-person volunteer crew and working closely with the CEO and founder.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Source and manage suppliers and venues for conferences.

• Oversee budget and track expenses.
• Coordinate with on-site teams and volunteers.
• Plan and support VIP events, lunches, and receptions.
• Ensure smooth on-site delivery and logistics for each conference.
