Qualifications

  • Proven experience in financial crime compliance, especially AML.
  • Experience in a dynamic corporate compliance environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of regulatory compliance standards.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Support and manage the Ethics & Compliance program.
  • Conduct monitoring to ensure compliance with policies.
  • Assist in compliance communications and training.
  • Manage reporting of compliance issues.
  • Support investigations on compliance topics.
  • Advise on updates to laws and regulations.

Skills

Financial crime compliance (AML, Sanctions, Anti-Bribery, Anti-Fraud, Anti-Tax Evasion)
Compliance programme management
Knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance requirements
Understanding of compliance frameworks
Experience working with Internal Audit/Risk functions
Effective training development
Analytical skills for risk assessment
