Qualifications

• Good standard of secondary education to GCSE level.
• Completion of a recognized apprenticeship in mechanical/electrical engineering.
• Formal qualification in building services at HNC/HND level.
• Considerable post qualification experience in a maintenance environment.
• Willingness to undertake further skills training.

Responsibilities

• Undertake complex maintenance tasks and inspections.
• Supervise a team for delivery of repairs and maintenance.
• Provide training to staff on technical issues and safety.
