A healthcare provider is seeking an Estates Manager responsible for overseeing maintenance operations and compliance at Leighton Hospital in Crewe. The role requires strong qualifications in maintenance management, experience in team leadership, and the ability to manage compliance effectively. The post holder has individual accountability for the maintenance and operations programmes, day to day management of the Estates maintenance team, minor new works and has delegated responsibility for the efficient management of the Trust's engineering services and facilities. The post holder will also play a key role in managing compliance and act as an Authorised Person in relevant disciplines.
