Job summary

The post holder has individual accountability for the maintenance and operations programmes, day to day management of the Estates maintenance team, minor new works and has delegated responsibility for the efficient management of the Trust's engineering services and facilities. The post holder will also play a key role in managing compliance and act as an Authorised Person in relevant disciplines.
