A leading educational institution in Brockenhurst is seeking an Estates and Facilities Supervisor to support the effective operation of the college's estate. You will manage maintenance tasks, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and oversee the facilities team. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities management and knowledge of CAFM systems. We have an exciting opportunity for an Estates and Facilities Supervisor to join the team on a full time, permanent basis. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £34,992 - £40,568 per annum.

As the Estates and Facilities Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the Estates Manager in the effective operation, maintenance, and compliance of the college estate. This role has a strong focus on Computer‑Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system input and oversight, ensuring that all mechanical and electrical (M&E) planned and reactive tasks are delivered in line with statutory requirements and service level agreements (SLAs).
