A successful estate agency in Braintree seeks a main valuer to handle Sales and Lettings. The ideal candidate has experience listing properties and strong knowledge of the local area. Basic salary ranges from GBP28,000 to GBP30,000, with potential earnings of up to GBP55,000. Working hours are Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday mornings.

Overview

We have a rare opportunity to join one of Halstead's most successful and established, independent estate agents as their main valuer, covering both Sales and Lettings.

Offer & Hours

On offer will be a basic salary of GBP28,000 - GBP30,000 depending on experience, with a very realistic on target earnings of GBP50,000 - GBP55,000.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm with only every other Saturday which is only a half day 9am - 1pm.
