Overview

Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister

Responsibilities

• Sales, Valuation and Listing of residential properties in your area, whilst maximising fees and for sale boards.
• Drive business development and secure opportunities by winning new listings and delivering high-quality customer service.

Compensation

• Basic salary GBP20,000 with 5% commission of your personal listings and 5% of your personal sales; on target earnings of GBP40,000.
