Overview

Estate Agent Sales Progressor — an opportunity to work Monday to Friday, from 9.00am to 5.00pm, with a base salary of £35,000 for an established independent Estate Agency.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for running sales from point of sale to satisfactory completion, and work alongside Sales Negotiators to progress all agreed sales through to exchange of contracts and completion.
• Handle telephone liaison and administration with Solicitors, Surveyors, Mortgage Lenders, Estate Agents, Home Buyers and Vendors; chase progression and ensure correct documentation and contracts are in place.

Requirements

• Property Conveyancing background or experience as an Estate Agent who loves sales progression, or an existing Sales Progressor.
• Tenacious, target driven, patient, motivated, hard working, good listener, determined, calm, unflappable.

Salary & Schedule

£35,000 basic salary. Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.00pm.
