Estate Agent Sales Progressor

• Are you an Estate Agent who enjoys sales progression? Would you like to work Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm? Or are you an existing Sales Progressor?
• Do you have a background in Property Conveyancing?

Opportunity

• This is a fantastic opportunity to work Monday to Friday for an established and renowned independent Estate Agency. They are seeking an Estate Agent Sales Progressor / Sales Coordinator responsible for managing sales from point of sale to satisfactory completion.

Role Responsibilities

• Working alongside Sales Negotiators, you will progress all agreed sales through to exchange of contracts and completion.
• The role involves extensive telephone liaison and administration, dealing with Solicitors, Surveyors, Mortgage Lenders, Estate Agents, Home Buyers, and Vendors.
• Your duties include chasing the progression from each party, ensuring all documentation and contracts are in order.

Salary
