Main purpose of the role:
The job holder is responsible for designing and delivering efficient, comprehensive training to all colleagues within Spicerhaart, aligned with the company vision. Proper training on processes and procedures is crucial to mitigate risks and impact on sales.
The role also involves assessing apprenticeships on the Spicerhaart Vocational Development Programme.
Location: Essex Region
Accountable to: Head of Training & Development EA
Responsible for: Training approximately 250 colleagues
Salary: £30-£40k depending on experience

Main Duties:
Role-specific competencies:
Degree-level education or CIPD qualification in Learning and Development, with at least 3 years of experience in sales, property, or retail sales. Experience with apprenticeship programs and assessment qualifications are preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills, self-motivation, confidence, flexibility, accuracy, and organizational skills are essential.
