haart Estate Agents in Streatham are seeking a driven, experienced Estate Agency professional to become a Sales Manager.

What will I be responsible for?

This role allows you to elevate your leadership skills by shaping your branch and team’s success. As a Sales Manager, you'll collaborate with senior leaders to expand market share, maximize deal value, and meet performance targets.

What you'll be doing:
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a high-performing sales team
  • Drive growth by overseeing and participating in the full sales process
  • Coordinate with admin teams to ensure effective property marketing and sales
  • Report on KPIs and budget performance to achieve and surpass targets
  • Develop and implement action plans aligned with branch strategy
  • Serve as the team’s expert with strong commercial awareness and property market insight
What can I expect?
  • £18,000 - £22,000 basic salary, dependent on experience
  • £35,000 - £40,000 OTE annually
  • Full-time hours: 8:30am to 6pm (Monday to Friday), and 9am to 5pm on alternate Saturdays
