Job description

We are looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a 6-month ERP implementation project. You will ensure scope, timelines, and budgets are met while driving stakeholder engagement, compliance, and successful adoption across the business. This role is ideal for a proactive project manager with strong ERP experience and excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and detailed project plans including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams and consultants, communicating project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior leadership
• Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve project issues to minimise impact
• Track project costs, manage resources and vendor relationships to ensure delivery within budget

Experience

• Proven ERP implementation experience (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, NetSuite, Acumatica)
• Strong project management methodology knowledge (PRINCE2, Agile)
• Excellent stakeholder communication, leadership, and team management skills
• Strategic thinker with ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
• Experience in B2B or complex project environments
