Job Description
Experienced ERP Oracle Financials Sales Director with a strong understanding of major ERP ecosystems and the ability to leverage relationships within the Oracle ecosystem, both internally and with Oracle partners. This role is with a global multi-billion dollar Tax SaaS provider, known for its Tax determination solutions worldwide. The company offers a cutting-edge, fully cloud-based solution embedded in major ERP providers.
The Role:
As Sales Director, you will lead a team of 3, playing a player-coach role, and will be positioned to sell to ERP clients through contacts with Oracle/SAP sales executives, their partners, and clients.
Strategy:
Ideal candidates will have strong contacts within Oracle’s sales teams and partners, focusing on selling Enterprise Tax determination solutions. You should have a robust ERP Financials background to effectively sell Tax solutions and network within this space.
Leverage relationships with Oracle sales and partners to generate leads and accelerate deals in the UK & Ireland.
Target mid to enterprise-scale deals, supported by a multi-billion dollar business.
Develop a team focused on specific ERP providers to develop enterprise deals.
Report to SVP level and lead initiatives to foster a hunter culture.
Location: South East England – primarily London or South England. Hybrid working with at least 2 days in the office per week.
Salary: Competitive Sales Director salary, variable bonus, benefits, and vested stock options in a company poised for exit.
Candidate Profile:
Over 10 years in senior sales roles, with a track record of closing enterprise deals valued between $500 million and $3 billion.
Expertise in ERP Financials solutions, especially Oracle and ideally SAP ecosystems. Experience leading teams and familiarity with sales methodologies like Gartner, Value Selling, MEDDIC, Sanderson, or similar, within the UK&I territory.
Hands-on Sales Director capable of building and leading a team of 3-4 specialists in ERP provider solutions, focusing on automating tax processes at a global level.
Ability to sell Tax or E-invoicing solutions into clients with major ERP systems requiring automation.
Preferred:
Existing contacts within Oracle and partner ecosystems to develop deal pipelines.
Experience selling Tax SaaS or E-invoicing solutions, with ERP solutions as the main focus.
