Experienced ERP Oracle Financials Direct Sales Director with a strong understanding of major ERP ecosystems and leveraging relationships within the Oracle ecosystem, both internally and with Oracle partners. This global multi-billion dollar Tax SaaS provider is a well-known industry brand offering Tax determination solutions worldwide. The company provides a cutting-edge, fully cloud-based solution embedded in major ERP providers. As Sales Director, you will lead and coach a team of 3, with the unique opportunity to sell to ERP clients through contacts with Oracle/SAP sales executives, partners, and clients.

The Strategy behind the Role:

Ideally based with a strong contact base within Oracle’s sales teams and partners. Your focus will be on hunting deals around these contacts, selling Enterprise Tax determination solutions. A strong ERP Financials background is essential to sell Tax solutions effectively into clients, with the ability to network rapidly and extensively in this space.

You will leverage relationships with Oracle and Oracle Partner Sales Executives to generate leads and accelerate deal closures in the UK & I regions.

The role involves hunting for deals in the upper mid-market to enterprise-scale, supported by a multi-billion dollar business.

You will develop a team focused on different ERP providers to develop enterprise deals in this space.

Reporting to SVP level, you will lead by example and promote a hunter culture within the team.

Location: South East England – primarily London or South England. Hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days in the office per week.

Salary: Competitive Sales Director salary, with variable components, benefits, and vested stock options in a company nearing exit.

Your Background:

With over 10 years in senior sales roles, your expertise lies in closing enterprise deals for markets valued between $500 million and $3 billion.

You are skilled in ERP Financials solutions, with inside knowledge of Oracle (and ideally SAP) partner ecosystems. Experience leading a team and familiarity with formal sales methodologies like Gartner, Value Selling, MEDDIC, Sanderson, or similar is required, with a focus on the UK&I territory.

As a hands-on Sales Director, you will build and lead a team of 3-4 specialists in different ERP providers, selling a third-party Tax SaaS that automates tax processes for finance departments globally.

You should be capable of selling Tax or E-invoicing solutions into clients with major ERP systems requiring automation.

Ideally:

You possess a network of Oracle and partner contacts to develop a robust deal pipeline.

Experience in selling Tax SaaS or E-invoicing solutions is advantageous, but ERP solutions are the primary focus.
