Job Description
Experienced ERP Oracle Financials Sales Director with a strong understanding of major ERP ecosystems and the ability to leverage relationships within the Oracle ecosystem, including Oracle partners. This global SaaS provider specializes in Tax determination solutions, offering a full cloud solution embedded in major ERP providers. As Sales Director, you will lead a team of 3 and sell to ERP clients through contacts with Oracle/SAP sales teams, partners, and clients.
The Strategy behind the Role:
Ideal location is with a strong contact base in Oracle’s sales teams and partners. You will focus on selling Enterprise Tax determination solutions, leveraging relationships to generate leads and close deals in the UK & I. You will target upper mid to enterprise-scale deals, supported by a multi-billion dollar business. You will also develop a team focusing on different ERP providers to develop enterprise deals. The role reports to SVP level and involves leading by example to promote a hunter culture.
Location: South East England – primarily London or South England. Hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days in the office per week.
Salary: Competitive Sales Director salary, with variable components, benefits, and vested stock in an imminent exit business.
Your Background:
Over 10 years in senior sales, with a focus on closing enterprise deals in markets between $500 million and $3 billion. Skilled in ERP Financials solutions, particularly Oracle and ideally SAP ecosystems. Experience leading teams and familiar with methodologies like Gartner, Value Selling, MEDDIC, Sanderson. You should thrive in the UK & I territory.
As a hands-on Sales Director, you will build and lead a team of 3-4 specialists in different ERP providers, selling third-party Tax SaaS solutions that enable global tax automation.
Ideally:
You have a strong network of Oracle and partner contacts to develop deal pipelines. Experience selling Tax SaaS or E-invoicing solutions is advantageous, but ERP solutions are the primary focus. This profitable global Tax SaaS provider is poised for exit, with a strong market presence, offering significant opportunities to influence sales practices and develop major deals.
