Job Description
Experienced ERP Oracle Financials Direct Sales Director with a strong understanding of major ERP ecosystems and how to leverage relationships within the Oracle ecosystem, both internally and with Oracle partners. This global multi-billion dollar Tax SaaS provider is a well-known industry name offering Tax determination solutions worldwide. The company provides a cutting-edge, full cloud solution embedded in major ERP providers. As Sales Director, you will lead a team of three and will be strategically positioned to sell to ERP clients through contacts with Oracle/SAP sales executives, their partners, and clients.
The Strategy behind the Role:
Ideally based with a strong contact base within Oracle’s sales teams and partners. Your role will involve hunting deals around these contacts, selling enterprise tax determination solutions. A strong ERP Financials background is essential for selling tax solutions into clients and for networking within this space efficiently.
Leverage relationships with Oracle Sales Executives and Oracle Partner Sales Executives to generate leads and accelerate deal closures in the UK & Ireland.
Target enterprise-scale deals, supported by a multi-billion dollar business.
Develop a team focused on different ERP providers to cultivate enterprise deals in this sector.
Report to SVP level and lead by example to promote a hunter culture.
Location: South East England – primarily London, or South England. Hybrid working model with a minimum of 2 days in the office per week.

Your Background:
Over 10 years in senior sales roles, with a proven track record of closing enterprise deals in the $500 million to $3 billion market range.
Expertise in ERP Financials solutions, with deep knowledge of Oracle (and ideally SAP) partner ecosystems. Experience leading teams with a background in methodologies like Gartner, Value Selling, MEDDIC, Sanderson, or similar, and thriving in the UK&I territory.
As a hands-on Sales Director, you will build and lead a team of 3-4 specialists focusing on different ERP providers, selling a third-party Tax SaaS solution that automates tax processes at a global level.
Capable of selling tax or e-invoicing solutions into clients with major ERP systems requiring automation.
Ideally:
You possess a well-established network of Oracle and partner contacts to develop a robust deal pipeline.
Experience in selling Tax SaaS or e-invoicing solutions is advantageous, but ERP solutions are the primary requirement.
