Job summary

ABM is seeking an ER Advisor based near Heathrow to provide pragmatic, timely employee relations guidance across London operations. You will support line managers, handle disciplinary and grievance matters, and contribute to policy development and training initiatives.

The role requires strong ER expertise, experience in high-volume environments, and the ability to partner with HR and Payroll to maintain accurate data records. Monday to Friday, full-time, salaried position.

Qualifications

• Experience handling employee relations cases including discipline and grievances.
• Knowledge of TUPE and employment law.
• Ability to update and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Ability to coach managers in people management.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for managers on ER cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure ER matters align with legal requirements and company policy.
• Log and report ER queries for tracking and analytics.
• Collaborate with HR and Payroll to maintain accurate records.
• Prepare tribunal responses and supporting evidence with Legal team.
