Job summary

ABM UK is hiring an Employee Relations Advisor to support managers across the UK & Ireland with specialist ER advice and case management. You will manage a portfolio of ER cases, conduct investigations, and provide practical guidance on policy application.

The role focuses on fostering a positive, compliant employee experience, collaborating with HR partners and operational leaders to strengthen workforce capability and business performance.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent professional experience.
• Degree or equivalent professional experience in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting Employee Relations in a large/outsourced organisation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist Employee Relations advice and operational case management across the UK & Ireland.
• Manage a portfolio of Employee Relations cases including performance, conduct, attendance, grievance and capability matters.
• Conduct investigations and prepare clear, evidence-based investigation reports.
• Support managers through formal Employee Relations processes, ensuring consistency and compliance.
• Identify opportunities for early intervention and informal resolution where appropriate.
