Job summary

ABM is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to provide specialist ER guidance and operational case management across the UK & Ireland. You will support managers to handle performance, conduct, attendance, and grievances in line with policy and employment law.

You will work within a central ER team, collaborating with HR Partners and business leaders to drive early resolution, governance, and continuous improvement, while delivering a high-quality service across client contracts.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent professional experience.
• Degree or equivalent in HR or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist Employee Relations advice and practical guidance to managers.
• Conduct investigations and prepare evidence-based reports.
• Support formal ER processes and ensure consistency and compliance.
