Job summary

ABM seeks an ER Advisor based near Heathrow to provide pragmatic, commercial advice on employee relations, including discipline, grievances, TUPE, absence management and policy interpretation. You will support line managers and operational leads across London.

You will handle ER cases, log queries, update policies with current legislation, prepare tribunal responses, and coach managers to strengthen people management across the business. Monday to Friday, full-time.

Qualifications

• Experience handling employee relations cases including discipline and grievances.
• Knowledge of TUPE and employment law.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for managers on ER cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure ER matters are handled fairly and in line with legal and company requirements.
• Log and update ER queries for reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with HR administration and Payroll to maintain data accuracy.
• Prepare employment tribunal responses and liaise with the legal team to minimise risk.
• Coach managers to improve people management skills.
• Develop and coach operational managers.
• Work with line managers to update policies in line with legislation.
• Support across London as required.
