Job summary

ABM is seeking an ER Advisor to provide pragmatic, commercial advice on employee relations across London, based at Heathrow. You will handle discipline, grievances, TUPE, absence management, and HR policies, reporting to the HR Business Partner.

This full-time, 40-hour per week role runs Monday to Friday with salaried compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. You will support line managers and work with Payroll and HR admin to maintain accurate records and drive policy improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong ER knowledge and expertise.
• Experience handling discipline, grievances, TUPE, absence management, and policy updates.
• Ability to coach managers and implement HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for ER cases for managers.
• Ensure ER matters are handled fairly and in line with legal and company requirements.
• Log and update ER queries for reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with the HR team to update policies in line with legislation.
• Prepare tribunal responses and evidence bundles with the legal team.
• Support line managers to drive continuous improvement and engagement.
• Coach operational managers to enhance people management skills.
• Coordinate with HR administration and Payroll to maintain accurate records.
• Knowledge of TUPE and experience in fast-paced environments.
