Job summary

Encore Global in Uxbridge is seeking an Equipment Coordinator to manage order entry, billing data, and customer service for event equipment. This role focuses on maximising equipment utilisation and supporting the Warehouse, Venue, and Production teams.

The EC will be the primary liaison to the Warehouse and will work to reduce subrental costs while ensuring timely responses to field teams and customers. The position offers a clear career path and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in AV or related service industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and solve problems creatively
• Strong commitment to service excellence

Responsibilities

• Deliver World Class Service - provide outstanding service to internal and external customers
• Process equipment requests and order entry
• Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Respond promptly to orders and inquiries
• Maximise equipment utilisation and support cost-reduction goals
• Coordinate transfers and keep equipment available for events
