Job summary

Encore seeks a Lead Warehouse Technician in Uxbridge, London, on-site. You will manage distribution and receiving of event technology equipment, work independently or with the team to meet deadlines, and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.

You will support scheduling and staff development, ensure stock accuracy, oversee equipment maintenance, and uphold safety standards while delivering exceptional service to internal and external clients.

Qualifications

• Strong organisation and time-management abilities.
• Experience leading warehouse teams.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Experience with inventory control and stock management.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load trucks accurately and safely.
• Process receipts and orders, maintain inventory and cycle counts.
• Package orders to minimize damage during transit.
• Oversee equipment prep and maintenance per SOPs.
• Coordinate with Repair Technicians for maintenance and repairs.
• Plan workload and schedule stock preparation and cleaning.
