Job summary

Path Recruitment is seeking a Service Coordinator to join a UK-based heavy equipment and construction services business near Ampthill. The role focuses on scheduling engineers, handling customer enquiries by phone or email, and driving parts sales while maintaining CRM records.

You will manage a portfolio of sites, support field activities, and coordinate purchasing steps. The position offers career progression in a busy team with standard hours.

Qualifications

• Experience as a service coordinator, controller, planner, or administrator.
• It would be ideal to hold a Full UK driving license.
• Experience in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing engineers workloads and providing technical support.

Responsibilities

• Schedule engineers diaries and provide administrative support.
• Handle customer enquiries by phone or email.
• Promote and upsell products/parts to customers.
• Provide account management for sites and customers.
• Keep paperwork and logs up to date in the CRM.
• Liaise with site managers to support field activities.
• Follow up on quotes, create POs, and order parts.
