Job summary

Encore is seeking an Equipment Coordinator in Uxbridge to process all incoming business activity and billing information while delivering outstanding customer service. You will manage order entry, updates, and equipment transfers to maximise utilisation and reduce costs, reporting to the Warehouse/Manager team.

The role focuses on improving internal service levels, coordinating with Venue and Production teams, and supporting transportation between venues and events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience, within audio-visual or related service industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment while being able to think creatively and effectively solve problems.
• High degree of commitment to service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver World Class Service - Provide outstanding service to internal and external customers.
• Process equipment requests and order entry.
• Develop relationships, both internal and external.
• Respond in a timely manner to all orders and inquiries.
• Drive results by offering technology and service solutions to maximize equipment utilization and reduce costs.
• Oversee internal equipment transfers to maximise availability and reduce subrental costs.
