Job summary

Aggreko in Cannock is seeking an Equipment Planner to ensure the right equipment is available when needed, coordinating fleet activity across a designated UK & Ireland region. You will collaborate with Operations, Service, Logistics and Sales to meet demand and optimize utilisation.

The role involves planning, reviewing demand through Salesforce and Power BI, and driving continuous improvement across asset planning while delivering reliable energy solutions to customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, scheduling, logistics or fleet coordination.
• Strong communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.
• Comfortable using business systems and data to make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate fleet activity to maximise utilisation across your region.
• Review sales opportunities and demand via Salesforce, Power BI and planning tools.
• Work with Operations, Service, Logistics and Rehire teams to move equipment and resolve shortages.
• Monitor fleet availability and identify utilisation trends to support performance.
• Support fleet counts, maintenance planning and continuous improvement in asset planning.
