Job summary

Nova Programme

MSEFT and EPUT are embarking on the implementation of a UK first of type unified Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system that spans Acute, Mental Health and Community services. The new system will be delivered through the Nova Programme, alongside our commercial partners for this significant transformative journey.

Job Summary
  • To provide an effective and professional service when liaising with stakeholders using tact and diplomacy to encourage effective working when dealing with any communication difficulties.
  • To lead in the configuration of the system to harmonise current practice within the MSE and the wider EPMA practices.
  • To build and check new drug files, amendments, and system changes for the project.
  • To provide support for all junior staff within the project team.
  • To be a point of escalation for all junior staff within the project team.
  • To participate in ward level.
  • To supervise all activities of junior staff within the project team.
  • To work with healthcare analytic team to configure, test, deploy and train new members on all reports that are used within and external to the system.
  • To attend multi-disciplinary meetings with stakeholders, providing assurance and information when necessary.
  • To provide information and advice in a timely manner.
