Job summary

The Classic Prop Hire Company is seeking a Junior Customer Coordinator to join our Classic team. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role dealing with busy set decorators and stylists, with a focus on email enquiries and orders and a welcoming hospitality touch, including serving tea/coffee and meals.

You would work under the Head of Classic and contribute to a warm, proactive customer experience while developing knowledge of our stock and styles.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the Classic department, creating a warm, professional experience.
• Manage customer enquiries by email, telephone, and face-to-face.
• Assist the Hospitality Coordinator when required and cover annual leave or sickness.
• Provide ad-hoc support to the wider hire team during busy periods.
• Develop knowledge of stock, designers, materials and styles; keep up to date with new additions.
