Responsibilities

• Visit CEM managed developments and create reports on key issues.
• Provide support with routine fire risk assessments.
• Work closely with Operational colleagues to provide technical support.

Skills

Knowledge of building surveying in the residential environment

Excellent communication skills (verbal and in writing)

Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritise

Computer literate

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes

Education

HND level or equivalent
