Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials in Wakefield is seeking an Organizational Learning Advisor, Enterprise Systems to design, deliver, and measure global training for Medidata and Certinia platforms, translating complex workflows into clear, role-based experiences.

You will partner with IT, Finance, Clinical Systems, and business leaders to plan learning timelines, build curricula, job aids, eLearning, and performance support that drive readiness, adoption, and sustainment across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, IT, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 7+ years of learning, training, or systems enablement experience.
• Experience designing role-based training across instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced formats.
• Familiarity with Medidata, Certinia, Salesforce-based platforms and CTMS/EDC/eTMF environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning and enablement strategies for Medidata and Certinia implementations and releases.
• Own the training approach in partnership with system owners and stakeholders, aligning with go-live timelines.
• Coordinate audiences, objectives, approvals, and reverse-planned training timelines with key partners.
• Develop and maintain role-based learning journeys, curricula, job aids, and eLearning resources.
• Support global end-user training, train-the-trainer sessions, communications, and adoption efforts.
• Collaborate with LMS teams to publish, version control, and track training assets.
