Job summary
Cloudflare is seeking a Sr Customer Engineer to drive technical GTM strategy as a trusted advisor and primary architect of the customer journey across enterprise clients in the United Kingdom. You will bridge technical strategy and business value, guiding pre-sales validation through onboarding, deployment, and lifecycle expansion.
You’ll lead technical deep-dives, design tailored architectures, and own quarterly business reviews, while leveraging AI-enabled workflows to maximize time-to-value
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills translating technical concepts to business outcomes.
- Strong advisory capabilities across enterprise technical architectures.
- Experience with AI/LLMs and workflow automation.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical deep-dive discovery and map customer infra to Cloudflare architectures.
- Design migration and onboarding blueprints; guide customer engineering teams.
- Own discovery, demos, onboarding, technical health, risk and expansion with Account Executives.
- Lead QBRs translating platform capabilities into ROI for executives.
- Maintain trusted advisory relationship through lifecycle: onboarding to renewal.
- Leverage AI agents and workflow automation to reduce manual tasks for the CE role.
- Collaborate with Enablement to create SOPs and technical guides.
