Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Director, Customer Engineering to scale and unify a multi- regional CE organization. You will set strategic direction, lead multiple teams, and act as the executive bridge between field reality and company strategy.

You will own the CE revenue, forecast accuracy, and cross-functional execution with Sales, Experience, Professional Services, and Product. Strong leadership and AI-enabled processes are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Strategic thinking to synthesize market signals and customer feedback into a clear operating plan.
• Proven experience owning and forecasting a large CE or Solutions Engineering revenue number in an enterprise B2B or infrastructure environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives and cross-functional leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a multi-team CE organization across regions and domains.
• Own regional CE commercial outcomes including forecast, pipeline reviews, and account planning.
• Define territory strategies, coverage models, and drive platform-led selling in collaboration with Sales and Product.
