- Ability to forecast revenue and manage an enterprise sales cycle.
- Strong coaching, hiring, and performance-management skills.
- Ability to translate deep technical concepts into business outcomes for executives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a high-performing team of Customer Engineers across regions.
- Own daily management, weekly forecasting, and ongoing hiring.
- Drive AI-enabled productivity and reduce operational toil.
- Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Professional Services on account planning.
- Coach reps on deal strategy and executive communications.
