Job summary

Ashby is hiring for a high-impact Enterprise SaaS sales role in the United Kingdom. You will own end-to-end sales, capture multi-region opportunities within EMEA, and drive new business via proactive prospecting and strategic discovery.

You’ll deliver tailored micro-demos, articulate business value, and navigate complex stakeholder networks. You’ll need 5+ years in full-cycle closing, a proven track record of $100k+ ACV deals, and fluency in English and German.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle closing experience and closed many >$100,000 ACV opportunities.
• Experience selling complex platform technologies in a sales-led GTM motion.
• New business hunter with ability to self-source >50% of pipeline.
• Experience selling to multiple regions within EMEA and fluent in English and German.
