Job summary

Semrush UK Ltd. is seeking a high-performing Enterprise Sales professional to drive revenue growth across new business, upselling, and renewals. You will work with Sales Development, Customer Success, and Marketing to identify prospects, build relationships, and close complex multi-stakeholder deals.

A track record of exceeding targets and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends are advantageous. Join a global team with 40+ locations, uncapped commissions, and a strong onboarding

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales or a similar customer-facing role in Europe.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing or SEO concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through new business, upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
• Collaborate with Sales Development, Customer Success, and Marketing to identify prospects and build relationships.
• Manage sales cycles from prospecting to close, including longer, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of key customers and explore new opportunities.
• Forecast monthly/quarterly sales and retention achievements for management.
• Share insights to improve lead generation and account plans.
• Travel is recommended but not required.
