VWFS UK is seeking a Risk Control Officer to provide extensive administration and analytical support for the Enterprise Risk Management framework and to support the framework of the Enterprise Risk Committee and the Operational Risk & Financial Crime Risk Committee.

You will develop agendas, collate materials for committees, produce accurate minutes, and manage meeting schedules and governance documentation, while ensuring timely and high-quality risk reporting to Senior Management and up to

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in automotive finance or banking.
• Excellent minute taking and data quality for risk reporting.
• Ability to manage confidential information and work to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develops and prepares all agendas through consultation with relevant Chair and senior management.
• Collates and organises materials for committees; quality reviews for consistency, accuracy and timeliness of data.
• Produces accurate minutes reflecting confidential discussions from risk committees and ERC.
• Manages meeting schedules and annual review cycles of Terms of Reference.
• Maintains crisis management documentation and reporting.
